Our priority is complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we are willing to offer a refund, provided the reason is genuine and verifiable after investigation. Please carefully read the description of each book before purchasing, as it contains complete details about the product.

In the case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients are welcome to request a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below:

Refund Policy

We strive to deliver suitable and satisfying content/designs to our clients. However, if a client is not fully satisfied with the product, a refund can be initiated. The user must send an email stating a valid reason along with the order number and invoice to jaihindtendua@gmail.com.

If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed back to the original credit card used during purchase. For payments made via payment gateways, the refund will be credited to the same account used for the transaction.

Users are not allowed to sell, modify, reproduce, display, perform publicly, distribute, or otherwise use any website content for commercial or public purposes without written permission from the respective organization or entity.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business working days and credited to the original payment method.

Return & Refund Time Frame

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the reason is valid and verifiable. Requests must be submitted via email at jaihindtendua@gmail.com along with the order number.
